Race Car Rentals

Fully prepped, race-ready cars with a crew that has actually raced them. You bring a helmet and a good attitude.

Most rental companies hand you keys and a waiver. We hand you keys, a data logger, a crew chief, and a coach who will sit down with you after every session and show you exactly where the time is.

Every car in the GGS fleet was built by us, broken by us, fixed by us, and raced by us. Nothing in our setup notes came out of a manual — it came out of our own tire budget.

Not sure where you fit yet? Start with our full guide to grassroots racing and how to get into amateur motorsports.

01

Two cars today

2015 Mustang GT and a 2003 VW Golf/GTI — different budgets, different learning curves.

02

Everything included

Transport, fuel, tires, tools, spares, timing, video, and a crew that knows the car.

03

Coaching standard

Coaching isn't an upsell. Every rental includes it, because we want you faster next time.

What a rental actually includes

Renting from GGS is an arrive-and-drive package, not a car drop-off.

  • Race-prepped car with fresh fluids, brakes, and a corner-balanced setup
  • Transport to and from the track, plus garage or paddock space
  • Tech inspection handled before you arrive
  • Full trackside crew with spares, tools, and fuel
  • In-car and in-ear coaching from drivers who race the same car
  • Data and video review between every session

Who rents from us

First-time HPDE drivers who don't want to risk their street car. Experienced track day drivers ready for wheel-to-wheel. Racers between cars. People deciding whether to buy a race car at all — renting is the cheapest possible way to find out.

Age doesn't matter. Attitude does. We want good people who love cars.

Why our rentals are different

We're racers first, not a corporate rental operation trying to cash in on motorsports. We've built the cars, broken the cars, won championships, and lost races we should have won. You benefit from every mistake we already paid for.

Common Questions

Straight answers.

Do I need a racing license to rent?

Not for HPDE or open lapping days. Wheel-to-wheel competition requires a license from the sanctioning body — we'll walk you through exactly how to get one.

What if I damage the car?

We offer damage protection packages that cap your exposure. We'd rather you understand the numbers up front than get a surprise invoice.

How far in advance should I book?

Popular weekends go 6–10 weeks out. Call us and we'll tell you honestly what's open.

Talk to a racer, not a call center.

Phone is the fastest way to get real answers about dates, cars, and what actually fits your goals. Prefer to type? The form works too.

Built by racers. Run by racers.
