Race Coaching

Data, video, right-seat coaching, and a debrief that actually changes what you do next session. Bring your car or ours.

Seat time without feedback is just practicing your habits. Coaching is what turns laps into progress.

Our coaching is built around one loop: drive, measure, review, adjust, repeat. Every session gets a data overlay and a specific, concrete thing to work on next time out.

Not sure where you fit yet? Start with our full guide to grassroots racing and how to get into amateur motorsports.

01

In-car coaching

Right seat or radio, whichever fits your comfort and the run group rules.

02

Data & video

Lap deltas, braking traces, throttle application, and corner-by-corner comparison.

03

Homework

You leave with a written plan, not just a good feeling.

What we coach

  • The line — and, more importantly, why it's the line at this corner in this car
  • Braking: threshold, trail braking, and release shape
  • Vision and reference points
  • Corner exit and throttle discipline
  • Race craft: traffic, passing, defending cleanly, and knowing when not to
  • Endurance mindset: consistency, car preservation, and stint pacing

Coaching your own car

We coach plenty of drivers in their own cars. We'll help you set up data acquisition, look at your setup, and tell you the truth about whether your next gain is in the car or in the driver. Usually it's the driver — and that's good news, because it's free.

Our philosophy

Patient on the radio, honest in the debrief. We're not going to tell you that you were great when you weren't. We're also never going to make you feel stupid for asking a question. Those two things are not in conflict.

Common Questions

Straight answers.

Do you coach beginners or only fast drivers?

Both. The debrief looks different, but the loop is the same.

Can I get coached at an event you're not attending?

Often yes — call us with the date and track.

Do I need data equipment?

No. We'll bring it and set it up in your car.

Talk to a racer, not a call center.

Phone is the fastest way to get real answers about dates, cars, and what actually fits your goals. Prefer to type? The form works too.

Built by racers. Run by racers.
